Best Apartments For Rent Under $900 In Atlanta, Ga (with Pics!)
I lived in this property for three years before moving to another area and I try to be more objective in my review. .On the more positive side, it can be said that 1: The location is more central to downtown, the airport, the surrounding large shopping complexes, and Interstates 75 and 85. 2.Renovated units are large (tile, vinyl floors, new appliances) ,3:Management does a very good job of keeping the lines of communication open with residents via email and the Henry app. On the contrary, the following problems affect all residents of the housing community. 1. The 500 is not a closed community, so everyone can enter the premises. This is a safety concern. In 2019, the site hosted a pool party attended by hundreds of non-residents without permission from management, and a young man died from drowning. .2.Crime Hub – The 500 is a discreet location and a lot of drug trafficking has been seen in almost every parking lot. It’s like all the royals are moving more and more into this area lately. This is a safety concern. 3. Shots at night – also a big security problem for a few days and it poses a health risk to the residents, plus the cats sometimes open the litter box and make the whole place dirty. I know they have done everything to pick up the litter, but sometimes they don’t come. 6: Pest cockroaches (palmettos) mainly in summer. I saw rats running around in the pantry of my unit and a strong rodent smell filled my apartment, especially in the summer. 7: Dog poop everywhere – people don’t lie down or clean up after their dogs 8: Parking – Some residents park in double or triple beds, depriving other residents of parking 9: The utility bill is too high. The formula used to calculate water usage per apartment block is, in my opinion, ridiculously unfair 10. Apartment prices are a bit high. streep I think according to its age (built in 1969 approx.). The list goes on, but this is what I observed while living on this property. Hope this helps!
I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s good. I had no problems with the driver, they were all very nice and helpful. The on-site maintenance is also excellent. The only downside is that I chose the unit without overhead lighting and my apartment is very dark. I recommend the community if you are sure to travel to the renovated apartment.
It was a great experience at The 500. If I didn’t have to move from Atlanta, I would have stayed here a lot longer. If I ever have to move back, the 500 will be my first choice! Aaron was extremely helpful and friendly as my leasing consultant! My apartment was so elegant and modern, I loved it! The community is well maintained and I’ve had zero bug issues! If you want to move to a good place, call the phone number 500!
The Last Year At Forest Cove: Tenants Abandoned And A Renovation Out Of Reach
I moved in yesterday and Francis from the circuit made sure everything was prefect throughout the application process.
Don’t move here. He’s been here for 4 months and: – He’s got big leaks. – AC water is leaking and slowly damaging the floor and causing mold everywhere. – The AC doesn’t work. – The water is always warm, in the summer I have to shower with hot water, and I burn my mouth when I brush my teeth. – Tiles are uneven and cause overdrive. The doors don’t close properly – the outlets have been acting funny since the first one – the smell or weed from the vents every day. – Hundreds of people who do not live in the apartment organize pool parties. One person died during one of the parties. – They never pick up the trash, they load the litter box every day to decorate your porch with trash, because cats like to destroy the bag. – The washing machine broke down, it took THREE weeks to fix it. They didn’t even have a bathroom. – The dishwasher is broken – The gym is always closed or there is no air conditioning, so it is unusable. – The mailboxes are messed up. – They come to my apartment without warning. However, they want to pay a lot of money for something that could be worth half of that. Shame on this place and shame on me for moving this DUMP. Don’t make the same mistake.
I just moved in a few months ago and I like what I see. I moved into an “Elite Renovation” unit and loved it. The unit is spacious and the renovations are modern. The community is in the process of completing a massive renovation that looks beautiful. I definitely moved at the right time. Everything from the interior/exterior to the amenities has been renovated – turning this community into a class “A” community at every point. Very happy and highly recommended!!
