Small maintenance requests I received were dealt with immediately and the staff is amazing. They do a great job managing the property and treated me with great respect and professionalism.
There are a lot of equipment listed on this website as well as the website itself that in fact they don’t have. When asked about this, all I got was apologies. I have to say that the staff is very friendly and they solve maintenance problems quickly. (and when I say address, I don’t mean they really fix the problem quickly, they just send maintenance to look into the problem. I’m paying for a “completely updated unit with devices that don’t even match them” the cheapest, most basic model available .Not a bit modernized, plus there are basic equipments that are normally in every apartment they skip. too. I’m a super quiet, quiet and seems safe so far and have a nice spacious room. Just really bad quality, and you you can tell there was no genuine thought to the people who would actually live and use the apartment. I don’t want to stay too long, this was very disappointing.

I lived here for a year and it was a complete delight! I will stay another year too. I just signed my contract. Great distance from 635/75 and an even better distance to the Tollway! Everyone is so respectful and great and the owner and staff are just fantastic! Maintenance is incredibly punctual and takes care of any and all issues promptly! Love him here.
The apartment complex is an old building and needs some updating, but it’s not bad if you’re looking for an affordable place. I only complained about a few things 1) my fridge running loud 2) ant problem in my room 3) a leak in my bathroom. Unfortunately, the ant problem didn’t go away and I had to place another pest order. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, which can be annoying, especially if people have overnight guests or friends. The complex has recently updated the parking lot. It was an inconvenience as I have to park further away from home, but not enough to complain. At first when I first moved I made a mistake and I didn’t read the contract completely missing information on the updated car tag. It’s very frustrating because at first I was told I would have no problem with my car being towed, but now there was a notice on my door stating that my car will be towed if I don’t have my car upgraded. I wish management would be more compassionate and more lenient about this. I fixed things in my car a little at a time because it’s so expensive on top of rent and other bills. Rent January and February.
