School data provided by GreatSchools GreatSchools ratings help parents compare schools in a state based on various indicators of school quality and provide a useful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and may include data on test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced coursework, equity, discipline and assistance. The place is run by a bunch of college kids who are nice, but half of them don’t know anything and can’t give you the answers you need. If you are old then this place is not for you. I’m in college so the noise didn’t bother me. It’s really nice to be somewhere that doesn’t have a bunch of old people complaining about the music at 8pm. The maintenance was really good and they fixed any work order within the next 1-3 days. They were really great and the only reason this place gets 2 stars. The place is too expensive for what it looks like inside. Everything is very cheap and half of the door handles and knobs fall off, which is normal use, but for how much you pay, you expect things to be sturdier. The AC is nice in the living room, but you can hardly hear it in the bedroom where you sleep. They also pay a fee of 150 $ for the late after 12 hours. I turned in my keys literally 20 minutes after 12pm and they charged me for it. I’m not really going to leave a review, but the $150 fee…where else does it go?? Also, how come they don’t have guest parking for a place where college kids stay with parents; Who do you think you are visiting?? There is only 2 hours of parking, most of the time it is full of people who are just in DT to have a good time. They don’t even visit ppl in the unit so it’s rarely used by residents. My parents and other guests have to park on the street or honestly where they can find parking and it’s downtown so good luck. A lot of the time, you just hope your car won’t get towed and it won’t. Other nights, you’ll be visiting the same night they check out and your car is towed, so it’s really a game. My car is also broken down and I live on the 4th floor. All this security and having a key fob means nothing. The place is nice, but between ppl at the office, stupid late check out fee, car breakdown, no guest parking and dirty AC, overall a solid 2. The apartment manager was also very nice .
Take A Walking Tour Of Downtown Phoenix
This apartment is run by a bunch of college students who know nothing about running a good apartment!!! Also, when you ask them a question, they either look stupid and turn to the other person for an answer, or they lie to you!!! It’s loud, especially at the pool and they play music all day and all night because immature and drunk students live there!!!! I hope this complex closes one day, I will not renew!!!!
This apartment has many problems. I lived there for about a year. The poor and irresponsible management really pissed me off. 1. There are rats in the bathroom. My roommate went for a mouthful, and found mice coming out of the toilet. When we talked to the manager, he just said it’s impossible, but how? We have seen! 2. The office called the towing company and had my car towed because I did not put the sticker, which they required in the contract. Yes, it was my fault because I didn’t see the contract clearly, but I’ve lived here for a year and you finally found out that I don’t have a sticker on my car? Think carefully before you go there!
The air conditioning barely works (you can’t set your settings half the time and it’s unbearably loud. The windows are paper thin and I woke up screaming in the pool every day. The office says they will do more checks of security, but it never happened). The trash habit made the apartment stink, the dishwasher didn’t work.

Oversold Rooms – Out-of-state application fees will not be refunded. He told me there are rooms available. Visited and signed on the spot. A few days later I was contacted to say that they had no more rooms and that my application fee was non-refundable. Do not sign up until they provide you with a physical room number! The border line is illegal
Do not move there if there are vehicles. There is no parking available in the garage as they reserve spaces for people without vehicles. There is no parking available outside the garage and parking is not permitted on the first level of the garage, even if it is always empty. I pulled my car out of my residence and was angry. It moves quickly.
This location does not list exact prices for its 2, 3 and 4 bedroom models. The listed prices are divided by their “part”, so for the actual rate, just take the price and multiply it by the number of rooms. The whole place smells like a locker room and is a noisy building in general.
Downtown Phoenix Apartments W/ A Pool, Gym & Washer/dryers*
I stopped to check this place because it showed a really good price, but the price is not for the whole apartment
The room included a full-size mattress, a desk and chair (bring your own chair if you want comfort), a washer and dryer in the common area of the room, and a private bathroom. The apartment is really close to ASU, so it is perfect not only for students, but also for employees or employers. It’s a bit expensive for me even though I’m not allowed to work as an international student and have to pay with the help of my parents (I’m 24 years old). I wanted to participate!
