I am new to Phoenix. I applied, was accepted, paid my fees, and signed my new lease, all from my laptop! The office staff were very friendly and welcoming when I picked up the keys. I felt very welcome.
Via Bellezza Condominiums Apartment Rentals
I first moved in in September and there was a bunch of dead chickens under my fridge, a piece fell out of the bathtub the first day and on top of that I had to sign a tenant agreement with another management team because they could. t. The way to pay rent there is to go to work… the pool is bad, people are sleeping in the laundry room… they didn’t even have air conditioning unless I was two days rent.. don’t do that.
We traveled across the country only to find that the lease we signed before we arrived had already been broken up by urban communities when we got here. The lease we signed included electricity, but it didn’t for the first few months we lived here. We had to build our prepaid electricity for months. When they finally decided to turn on all the power, we had to go to any hotel they could find. The day it was supposed to end (it was a record 114 degree day) my 2 year old son and I were stuck in an apartment, no power, no AC, no water…we had to go back to the hotel because it It was not over. My baby was so hot that I had to go in and out of the wet pool (now closed by Maricopa Environmental Services) to cool him down. It wasn’t enough, so I had to go to other people who still had the strength to throw bottles of cold water on my baby. As a result, my son was taken to Phoenix Children’s Hospital for heatstroke. Less than a week later, our neighbors’ house flooded our house. In the middle of the night the repairman came and brought something under the sink and said he would come back the next day to fix the flood damage. They never came back. After that we submitted a request that now says it was done, it never was. We currently live with mold under the kitchen sink. It doesn’t stop here!!!! After a while our car was broken into by homeless people who roamed the parking lot and slept in the laundry room because none of the doors worked. Our identity was stolen and we had to pay thousands for credit repair companies and identity theft protection. They stole our wallets, my sons car seat and the entire center console from our car. We never found out who did it because when we went to the office for the dash cam footage…. We found out that the camera didn’t even work! We were tricked into thinking this was a gated community safe from video surveillance, and none of that was true. After that our car crashed twice more. But wait…. There is more!!! We never had our central heat and air installed, didn’t understand why … the township community wouldn’t pay a company that had already done half the work.
Probably the worst management team you can imagine they don’t answer any tenants, they don’t answer the office phone and when you ask them to fix things at home they ask and do nothing If you are thinking of staying here. Or renting a unit, it’s not worth it. If you don’t like the exhaust pipe, you have to fix it yourself. The units they say are in the units are not installed yet, so it’s hot as hell at night because there is no vent in your room, only 1 window AC that goes from the bathroom to the living room. It is placed on the wall. My current issue with this place is that they charged me 3 times for water filters that I never replaced, keep your money and go somewhere else because it’s not.
The Summit Apartments
This is scary! Assistant Maria was unprofessional not only to me but also to other residents. I’m mad I signed a one year lease, I wish I never moved here! Don’t walk here, office people don’t care.
I am very worried about their living situation and it has only gotten worse. I still haven’t received the filter for my A/C that I requested in March. I have been without a door to my kitchen for several months because of the “construction” for the central A/C which is not yet complete. Along the way, one of the construction workers cut my internet cable and I had no internet at home for about three weeks during the quarantine. I had to call Cox myself and go through five different technicians before the last one told me what the leasing office was hiding. The main gate has been open 24/7 for at least two months despite the area’s lack of homelessness and drugs.
