What Makes Hotels And Serviced Apartments Different?

Communication with potential applicants is very slow. Housing approval times are long and there is little follow-up with applicants. The application was canceled and moved.

The only pro is the location. In addition, it is terrible. It’s very loud and the neighbors are constantly partying. The security and courtesy staff are useless (when they even work). The bad problem is that people keep residents at the gate. Some time ago, cars were stolen from the garage and someone was robbed in the elevator. The building is dirty…very dirty…and the management is horrible. They never answer you back and if you are lucky enough to get to them…they treat you like garbage. Yes… this is the new management.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and I love it! The new management was very helpful and kind. Assistant manager Jordan has been very helpful lately. You are conveniently around the corner from I-75/85 and a short walk/drive to downtown Atlanta. As for security, I am very satisfied. I’ve read a lot of terrible reviews that it’s not that safe and people feel safe. You must have keys to enter the garage or any door in the complex. I feel safe and safety is definitely one of the most important things.

How To Budget For An Apartment

There is constant trash in the stairwells and hallways and management doesn’t seem to care, although apparently many of the residents don’t care either. This attracts unwanted pests. Sports equipment was missing, broken, or malfunctioning, and the gym was often a mess. New management has taken over and seems to have no plan to manage the place and zero improvements have been made. Management removed all digital payment options and said to bring a check, but left no drop down box unless you are there during business hours, which is pretty much like a regular person at work. . My lease was approaching 60 days and when I asked what I needed to do to get it closed properly, I was misinformed that I would have to pay another month’s rent for not meeting the notice period. They also did not send me a notification about this. When I informed them they gave me wrong information as if they didn’t care. However, the location is good.

They live the worst, the pool is dirty, there is a flood, this year I saw 3 floods, the dog area is always there. Super partner, it’s tiring to take your dog there, there are always problems

I have been living here for a little more than two years. It was not the best place to live. After the change of management, the work became much better. Clean, timely maintenance by staff, very friendly staff who are always ready to help. I love O4W, everything is close enough.

The Ultimate Checklist: 14 Questions To Ask When Renting An Apartment

I moved to City View in November 2016. The management at the time was terrible. They were never in the office, I couldn’t deliver a package because I could never get hold of someone who worked there, and the general cleanliness and upkeep of the complex was terrible. Now, with new management, it feels like a completely different property! The halls are cleaned weekly and smell amazing. Maintenance of landscaping and outdoor areas is done quickly and on time. If you have a technical problem, it will be solved as soon as possible. There are always at least two people in the office and now I have no problem getting a package. It really is day and night. I don’t usually try to write reviews, but this was such a drastic change that I had to. After a year, I almost passed out and wanted to stay as long as possible. City View gets my vote of 5 stars. <3

The staff at City View are very nice and friendly. It is beautiful and updated. Very high ceilings, so you don’t feel like you’re in a small apartment. The kitchen and bathroom have very nice granite counter tops. Right next to the dog park too!!

I have been in this apartment for almost 2 years. It’s in the middle of downtown, easy access to I-75/85 and Liberty Park. The previous leaders were not very efficient and had many problems with maintenance. As of October 2016, we have new management who will be replacing the accommodation. Units are updated and maintenance is a mouse click away. We are moving into a renovated unit and are excited. I’d love to.

Axis West Apartments

If I could rate without stars. For a large complex they only have 2 maintenance people on staff, they don’t even work on weekends. Emergencies take a week! Also, staff turnover worsened the situation. I finally moved out a while ago and they wanted to pay me for things they legally had to replace (carpet, paint, etc.). In addition, when new employees arrived, so did managers. 🙁 Not to mention the staff are useless and annoying at work. Plus they are the extra charge kings. When you add that money to your rent, better move to a higher place. Rent but all inclusive They also have a paid contract with a local uploading company, so if you expect them to help you, don’t be fooled by the opinions of the staff or online reputation management companies.

I will warn you. Don’t miss the view of the city. The management was terrible, the appliances in the house broke and took months to fix, and the worst part was they charged us almost $1000 to leave. Any customer living with a city view is likely to be charged
