At first glance these may seem clean and safe, but they are not. Everything has been installed/fixed wrong for years. You never know which part of your house will break. Speaking of collapse, the problem hasn’t been properly addressed for years. The walls are very bad. It’s only a matter of time before a major disaster comes out of this. Do I even need to mention the starches? Managing and maintaining applications is a daunting task. There is only one person for each correction, and it is unexpected when he decides to get back to you. And remember, even if something is decided, it will be done very little and quickly. It’s a bug fix that needs to be fixed again soon. Here’s a short list of SOME things that haven’t been fixed in my house: Leaky roof Broken bathroom Lights burned out (I don’t have special bulbs available) Large space in front of the door front It only closes when the row door is closed. And these are just the reasons for my apartment. The comments of my neighbors and others. Don’t get me wrong. The Ark looks good at first glance. But that’s not what they are. Avoid at all costs.
